01 GIVING BACK
We believe in a world of abundance where our gifts, blessings and resources are meant to be shared with others. We aim to give over and above to local charities, churches, and nonprofits by investing in them and celebrating the wonderful, transformative work they do daily in our communities.
03 SUSTAINABLE APPROACH
From the products we choose to build with to the way we handle waste, we will strive to continually find ways to make our homes better for the world around us. This includes recycling/repurposing waste, improving indoor air quality, water and electric efficiency, higher standards of insulation and thermal barriers, and using sustainably sourced products.

Relationships are the heart and soul of who we are. We recognize that engaging others with genuine care and compassion takes both time and energy. We are committed to serving others and loving people for who they are. Through clear, honest communication our goal is to build those relationships and help strengthen the people around us.
04 COMMUNITY DRIVEN
We work with communities to restore properties and enhance value. We find ways to partner with high quality local companies, and every effort to support small businesses. We seek out charities in the communities where we build to help tell their story and provide financial support.
