I worked with Terra Nova to do an extensive renovation of our second floor. They were GREAT to work with – extremely responsive, great communicators (which matters a lot), and they care about getting the job done right. I’d bring them back in for future work (and I will).

It was a pleasure to work with Mike, Sean and Adam during the renovation of our 1970s ranch. They were professional, responsive and highly skilled. One or all were at the job site almost daily, and were always available within 24 hours (usually immediately) by email or text. That didn’t end after the final payment. I was very impressed at how they showed up to fix the few minor touch-ups we needed within a day or two of being contacted, even several weeks after our last check was paid. We have lived with our renovation for almost 10 months now, and couldn’t be happier with the beauty and quality of the workmanship.

The Terra Nova team-Mike White and Adam Schmitz -brought this project to life for us. The construction of indoor and outdoor spaces and the swimming pool -built by contractor Tom Galati of T.G.E Pools -required expert planning and cooperation. Terra Nova did an outstanding job during all phases of this complicated project; from value engineering pre construction, to material selections, and the inevitable design changes, Mike and Adam were a pleasure to work with. We will be enjoying the results for years to come.

From start to finish, working with Terra Nova was an absolute pleasure! The estimate was reasonable – close to other estimates we received – but what was really amazing was when our project was finished there were NO cost overruns, NO changes in the timeline and the end product was more than we could have imagined…We are THRILLED with our new space and every night our son falls asleep saying ‘I love my new apartment.’
